Gary Dempsey

DYMONDstrength Associate Tutor

Gary is currently completing his MSc Strength and Conditioning from Edinburgh University and is a UKSCA accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach. Gary works full time for the English Institute of Sport working with Rugby League. This role sees Gary working with all grades of National teams from Youth to England Mens team. As a result Gary delivered S&C to the Mens team in the first Origin Test when England faced the Exiles (2011).
Gary has worked in similar roles previously with that the Scottish Rugby Union side Glasgow Warriors. During this time the Warriors reached their best position by reaching the Magners league play-offs.
