Emma, a performance nutritionist, works with a variety of recreational and elite level athletes. Organisations she has worked with include: Leeds Carnegie rugby union team, World Class Lifting; a coaching and support programme of the British Weightlifting Association, Scottish Exiles rugby union team, Leicester City Football Club, Yorkshire Country Cricket Club, the Carnegie Centre for Sports Performance and the UK Athletics Race Walkers as well as many individual clients. Having completed her BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, Emma went on to complete her MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. She currently works for Leeds Metropolitan University as a Nutrition Project Officer and Lecturer. She also currently holds ISAK level 1 accreditation. Emma's background heavily revolves around athlete and coach education and has presented research in the area at an international conference.
