Conor McGoldrick

MSc, BSc (Hons), ASCC

Conor’s interest in Strength and Conditioning began when he trained as a full time member of the Sports Institute Northern Ireland’s Gaelic Football Squad. This allowed Conor to gain first-hand experience of the training, testing and development an athlete must go through to increase performance.
A certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and an Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCC) Conor has provided strength and conditioning support to various teams and athletes; including The Royal Yachting Association (Northern Ireland), Ulster Squash Development Squad, Tyrone Senior Gaelic Football Team and 3 international Taekwondo athletes, while more recently he has trained and prepared the eventual winner of the 100kg+ class in British University Judo Championships and currently acts as a consultant Strength and Conditioning Coach/Sports Science Support to the staff of Notts County FC.
Conor completed his BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise science from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, and his MSc Strength and Conditioning at Middlesex University.
